-Room 1: $1119 per month + utilities (~100-150$ per month depending on the season).
-Room 2: $1055 +utilities.
-Water included in rent.

Apartment Details:

-Location: 306 Beacon Street, Somerville, 02143.
A cozy private room in an apartment nestled between Porter and Harvard squares, with only 15min walk to Harvard Square, 9min walk to Harvard Divinity School, 10min walk to Porter Square for redline or commuter rail!

-The apartment is also within walking distance to plenty of restaurants (we especially love Manoa nearby), parks and green spaces, and grocery stores (Star Market, Market Basket, and Whole Foods). The bedroom comes unfurnished, but the common areas, including the kitchen, are furnished.

-We have dishwasher in the unit, coin-op washer & dryer in the basement.

About the Roommates:

-You will be living with a female (late 20s) who is doing her PhD at MIT and plans to stay in the apartment for at least two years onward.
