Sunny, pleasant room in tranquil location. Warm, friendly landlady welcomes you and offers you a separate bedroom, separate bath with bathtub, shared living/dining room, kitchen, laundry room, garden. In excellent condition. I supply sheets, towels,... cooking utensils, dishes, silverware. Rent includes WiFi, heat, electricity, and cleaning costs (every four weeks). Townhouse set back from the street and therefore quiet. Close to Bus 83 and Bus 77, as well to Red Line (Alewife, Davis, or Porter). Looking for quiet, clean, honest, female tenant. And I'm interested in you and your research and/or creative work.
