Summer sublicense near Kendall square

Hey everyone! I’m subletting two bedrooms at my place in Cambridge June 1 through the end of August (move in ASAP, dates a bit flexible). Either or both of the rooms are available in a 3 bed / 1 bath apartment in a cozy location — situated between... Kendall Square and Inman Square, with walkable distance to the green-line going into Boston. We’re keeping the apartment primarily furnished through the sublet term for an easy move / ready to live in. It’s about a mile away from both MIT, ideal for a walking/biking commute on nice summer days and easy access into the T lines going into downtown Boston, so it’s perfect if you’re looking for a short term stay.

The neighborhood is very walkable, a lot of students + young professionals (although the neighborhood is generally mature and pretty quiet), and surrounded by a lot of great local food spots.

The apartment itself is a ground-level unit (easy getting in-and-out), good for either a group or individual rooms, has plenty of shared living space and is just overall a really convenient setup for the summer. If you’re trying to spend a few months in Cambridge/Boston, it’s honestly a great home base.

Message me if you’re interested and I can send more details/pricing! 508-808-3363
