Summer sublet in Central Square

This is a fantastic unit, and I strongly recommend it! I will be away in SF for the summer, hence I am subletting.

Key amenities:
- In-unit washer/dryer
- Large kitchen w/ dishwasher + refrigerator
- Ample basement storage space
- Fully furnished
-... 2 min walk to Central T stop
- 15 min walk to main MIT campus (Lobby 7, Z Center, etc.)
- 20 min walk to Kendall side of MIT campus (Broad Institute, Stata Center, etc.)

Logistics: You will be living with two clean and quiet roommates who work in the area. You will share a bathroom with one roommate. I will ask for an $800 security deposit before your start date that I will refund at the end of the summer.

We will need to formally sign a summer sublease with the landlord. The landlord has subletted rooms in our unit before, so he is familiar with the process.
