Sunny single family house on three living space levels, with basement in quiet Coolidge Corner neighborhood. This has been a 5-person household. Current housemates are professionals working in Boston area who seek one new housemate for stable,... convivial household. Location is walking distance to all shopping conveniences and T. Large front porch. Small fenced yard. The house has 7 bedrooms of which 5 are used as individual bedrooms. Laundry room and half bath on first floor. There is one on site parking space currently used by an existing tenant. Bicycle storage in basement. Some personal storage in basement. Parking spaces owned by others are available for rent nearby in neighborhood for separate fee. House has updated utilities, with new high efficiency heating system, hot water and fully insulated. Appliances are new, and include gas cooking. Interview process typically in person or if not possible by video conference and organized by existing housemates. The four housemates refer their approved candidate or candidates to landlord for final application and review. House is well maintained. Looking for tenants who will treat the house as their own home and communicate when repairs or other items require my attention.
