Room in cute all-female shared apartment

Hi!
I am subletting my room start date flexible until the 31rs of August! (renewal possible)
I had the opportunity to move in together with a big group of friends, that is the only reason why I am leaving. This is an all-female 3B1B apartment about... 10 minutes by bike away from MIT campus. There is a star market and other shops in about 5 mins walking distance, a shared washer and dryer in the basement as well as lots of storage space!
The room is partly furnished and $1200 per month. As I have already paid a deposit you'd be good to go for the spring term, but if you would like to renew in summer you might be required to pay a deposit at that date.

Your roommates would be Grace and Hana, (24 and 26) - they study at MIT and Boston university. We are all pretty busy and some days we don't see much of each other but on other days we get together for a shared dinner or a chat and tea. They are both lovely, clean and calm. If you are interested, don't hesitate to reach out and I'll connect you to your (maybe) future roomies!
