Hi! I am looking for a roommate to join me and my cat in a cozy, spacious ground floor apartment (2 bed/1 bath), located in a pre-war brick building on Agassiz St, Cambridge (near Porter Square). The area is residential and very quiet. The earliest... lease start date is 7/1 but a later move-in date would also work!

The rent is $1650 a month, including heat and water. The apartment will be completely furnished except for the bedroom. The building is well-maintained with very responsive management. There is a quarter-operated laundry in the basement.
