We have already paid for a visitor city of Cambridge zone 5 parking pass for the year and my current roommate does not have a car so parking will be free with this permit. Typically there are a few spots open on the street or neighboring streets.

Room for June/July Sublet in Cambridgeport, a less than 5 minute walk to both Trader Joe's and W
This sublet is for one bedroom in a first-floor unit of a Cambridgeport triplex, available June 1 through July 31, with earlier move-in an option upon request! The apartment is in a very quiet, friendly neighborhood with lots of families and plenty... of friendly dogs around. The unit has one bathroom with a bathtub, a spacious kitchen, a sunny living room, in-unit laundry, and basement storage. The kitchen is especially nice for cooking and hanging out, with a dishwasher, window AC, microwave, island, and dining set. The triplex also has a shared backyard, and each unit, including ours, has its own private back porch.
The room can be offered with the loft frame, although no mattress is available, and there is also the option to keep the desk and bookshelf in the room. A dresser will remain in the room. My roommate will still be living in the unit, though he will be traveling a few times during the sublet period. He is a friendly, clean, and quiet MIT PhD student.
The location is very convenient: one block from Whole Foods and the 64/70 bus, two blocks from Trader Joe’s and the 47 bus, and three blocks from Central Square and the 83/91 bus. There are also three Bluebike stations near the apartment, making it easy to get around Cambridge and Boston!
