_________________ About the room: • $1,100/month for rent and approximately $100-200/month for all utilities including WiFi (depends on the month). • Room is located on the second floor of the town house (shown in slides 2 and 3). • Private full bathroom located on the first floor of the town house (shown in slide 4). • In-unit washer and dryer. • Central heating and air. • Access to a balcony through one of our rooms, but we welcome full usage of the balcony whenever you please! • Our "backyard" is a beautiful park, located right at the top of the hill in the neighborhood. • Very friendly and cozy neighborhood, LGBT+ friendly with many young professionals and graduate students. • 10 minute walk to the orange line. • Free street parking year round with possibility of private parking spot for a fee (have to check with landlord).
