Private bedroom in shared 2B1B 3rd floor condo (Shared Housing)

**Looking for another female preferred roommate to move in with me in a 2-bedroom 1-bathroom condo.**

The condo in on the third-floor of a shared family house. Quiet, cute street, 10-min walk away from Central Square Red Line stop. Rent is $1,700 +... electricity (paid monthly, split in half). The room is fully furnished (see details below). Ideally looking for someone June 2026-Aug 2027, but also open to semester sublets.

The bedroom is about 40 sqft of 7 ft clearance + another 40 sqft with slanted ceiling. It has a closet, a ceiling window, and comes with a twin bed. In addition to the bedroom, you can use the loft room as a private study space (I won't use it). It comes equipped with a wardrobe and an electric standing desk. There's futons in the loft for guests (or you if you prefer) to sleep in (ladder access).

Amenities:
- Shared garden/backyard with 2nd-floor and 1st-floor neighbors (they're very nice!).
- Unit washer and dryer in the basement (accessible through the backyard).
- Microwave, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, blender, kitchen sink with garbage disposal.
- Projector and projector screen in the living-room (for movie nights!).

About me:
I'm a female PhD student at BU (Electrical Engineering). Generally quiet and very clean. I don't smoke, do drugs, throw parties or anything too crazy. I will sometimes have people over for movie nights or game nights but will always communicate ahead of time. I work half-remote half-on-campus. Mostly vegan but okay to share pans and utensils regardless of your diet. No allergies. I'm a relative of the landlord.

Preferences in a roommate:
- Cleanliness and active participation in chores (vacuuming, cleaning bathroom and kitchen, dish cleaning...)
- Quiet between 11pm-8am (bedtime)
- Doesn't smoke/vape/do drugs in the apartment OR backyard (for neighbors)
