First (and I hope this eases your search) ... you should know ...

1) you will have to sign a ONE-YEAR Lease ... I thought I should say that upfront ... Details below ...

2) Dean and Robert... will be your housemates. We are both kind, playful, and respectful people.
Robert teaches piano and swim. Dean helps keep the world running.

3) Easy and reliable buses -- honestly better than the subway -- to Harvard (71) as well as Central Square and MIT (70)

* Beautiful and very safe area
* Quick walk to the 70, 71, and 59 buses, giving easy access to Harvard Square
* Walking distance to Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Arsenal Yards, many restaurants, and many retail and grocery stores
* Nearby bicycle trail goes through Cambridge and into Boston

ROOMMATE
Dean and I would make sure everyone gets to meet, ask questions, and make sure we can all get along.
I teach swimming at MIT, skiing at Wachusett, and piano all around town at private homes.
I get around by bike a lot so if you have any questions about biking, feel free to ask.
