Looking for a third roommate for a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom, 3rd story, recently renovated apartment. The available room is tucked away and connected by a small, private back recessed area to the kitchen (shown in the photos), and the bathroom that... you will share is also connected by the small, private back recessed area to the kitchen (shown in the photos). The bathroom is shared with a female roommate that currently rents two bedrooms and primarily uses the other bathroom that she shares with a male roommate (she never actually used the bathroom that you will share with her to-date, and not sure if she ever will, except on rare occasions). The apartment is furnished, but the bedroom that you will rent is not furnished. The kitchen has some basic items that can be shared, but generally, most kitchen items are not shared. The utilities and Internet are split between the roommates and are not included in the rent.

Roommate Details: Friendly male and female entrepreneur rent collectively 3 of the bedrooms, all connected to the main, front hallway. We met at the beginning of this year when we randomly rented rooms in this apartment. There were four of us who randomly met, but two are moving to the west coast, and one of us is going to rent two rooms now, making one room (the more private room) available. We like the outdoors and playing sports, and try to get out as much as possible. When we are around, we use the kitchen to cook meals and bake. However, we are both pretty busy working and traveling, so the apartment is pretty quiet. We are on the top floor, and there is very little noise from the neighbors on the other floors, who are friendly as well. We are clean, and the shared spaces pretty much look like the photos most of the time when the spaces are not being used. We are looking for a roommate that is friendly, clean, and respects the shared spaces / shared furniture / shared property / their personal property / etc.

It has hardwood floors (refinished), central A/C (supplemented by bedroom window A/Cs, if needed), a new bathroom (that will be your shared bathroom with shower, less than a year old), recently renovated kitchen (less than a year old), lots of windows, large bedrooms (your bedroom has a closet), dishwasher, and a covered back porch! Pet-free/smoke-free. Coin-op washers ($4) and free dryers in the basement, along with available basement storage. Can store bikes in the basement. Close to the green line, 85, 87, 91, 109 bus, and a 20-minute walk to the red line. Somerville City street parking. Friendly, attentive landlord.
