MIT family renting 1.5BR – walk to campus, T & Bluebikes, near shops & cafes

We are an MIT couple moving to on-campus housing. We leave our well-furnished and loved condo unit for rent to members of the MIT community. The unit has a bedroom and den (which has been used as both an office an a nursery), one bathroom, open... concept living/dining and kitchen, and tall ceilings. We have made upgrades to the unit since moving in 2021 such as new fridge, new dishwasher, and a opaque glass door to create privacy in the den. The unit itself is in a well-maintained and recently renovated condo-building with a concierge and many amenities such as a fitness center, art room, business center, game room and lounge, deck with grills, as well as a dog washing station and bicycle station. It is very pet friendly and we lived here with our German Shepherd. We are very conveniently located just steps to Star Market and Target, as well as next door to restaurants and shops on Cambridge Street. We would either walk (20 minutes) or bike to MIT campus (5 minutes). Blue Bikes are in front of our building. We also have a reserved parking spot in the garage. The unit is available October 1st.
