The Wellmet Project - a nonprofit founded in 1960 by Harvard faculty and students - is seeking one part time... (two evenings/week) live-in counselor to join three fellow long-time live-in counselors in a cooperative-style home near Harvard and Inman Squares beginning in September 2026. No experience in mental health or counseling is required.

The role is designed to be compatible with graduate study or full-time employment - our current team are two PhD students and a research scientist in unrelated fields.

In return for approximately 2½ evenings of scheduled responsibility each week, Wellmet provides rent-free accommodation, food, utilities, training, and ongoing supervision.
