Large 3-Floor Home in Allston - Searching for two roommates

Our house is a large single-family home in Lower Allston near the Harvard Engineering campus on Western Ave. It has three floors with bedrooms on the second and third floors. The first floors is a spacious common area with a living room, dining room... and kitchen with modern gas appliances. In the basement, we have an in-unit washer and dryer, music production/rehearsal space, electronics workbenches and plenty of storage space.

Outside, we have a nice front patio under a productive apple tree, as well as a back deck that overlooks the driveway. We have access to the full driveway as well as a covered garage in the rear. The house is immediately adjacent to the Hooker St. Park on one side (it is quiet at night).

We have been living here for 3 years as a group of 4. But two of our housemates are moving to CA. We are quite moved in, the place is furnished and we have two cats.
