House close to MIT campus (Shared Housing)

Female roommate wanted for 2B2B near MIT (9/1/2026–8/31/2027)

Hi all!
My current roommate is leaving Boston, and I am looking for a female roommate to renew the lease with me for our 2 bed / 2 bath apartment from 9/1/2026 to 8/31/2027.
The total... rent is $3600/month. I currently live in the smaller bedroom with a separate bathroom ($1650/month), and the available room is the spacious master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom plus one parking space ($1950/month). Utilities are usually around $100/month, depending on the season.
One important note: my landlord cannot hold the lease for me beyond June 19, so the timeline is a bit tight. If we are not able to finalize by then, I would also be open to looking for another 2B2B apartment near MIT together, my budget is around $2000 per person.
