Furnished Rooms, Flexible Rentals on Kendall Sq (close to MIT, Harvard, MGH)
Multiple furnished rooms available for rent walking distance to MIT (on Kendall Sq.).
We are close to MIT, a large park, a supermarket, restaurants/bars, bike share, and are a 14 minute walk to the Red Line subway/T station.
As we are right across... from Alexandria Labs, and they have security walking around, so this area is incredibly safe.
All rooms have a bed (most are queen size beds), a desk with a chair, and a closet - each room is slightly different.
Common areas: two kitchens (fully stocked with everything you'll need), two bathrooms (so we never have to wait for the bathroom), two living rooms. Superb roommates - most affiliated with MIT. This is a fairly quiet spot, as the roommates are a mix of MIT students and local professionals.
