Seeking Visiting Faculty/Post-Docs/Graduate Students/Professionals... to share Large, Luxurious Contemporary in Historic Lexington.

I have three sunny, private, furnished bedrooms on the 2nd floor. One room has a private attached half bath. The other two rooms have access to a roof deck. All 2nd floor tenants share the main hall bathroom/shower/laundry.

I will have availability 9/1/2026 for the room with the attached half bath and 1/1/2026 for a room with roof deck access. Single occupancy only - one person per single room. No couples in these rooms so as not to overload the shared bathroom and kitchen.

I also have a furnished 2-bedroom, plus full bathroom private suite on the main floor. This space is usually rented by post-docs or professors on sabbatical who would like to make use of the highly-ranked Lexington School system. Best suited for a family of 1-2 adults and 1-2 school-aged children. The nature of the household makes it unsuitable for infants or toddlers.

The suite will be available again 12/1/2025.

One mile to Lexington Center, 1 block to MBTA bus routes (76/62) to Alewife T Station (Red Line) and/or Harvard Square, steps from the Minuteman Bikeway. 35-40 minute commute to Harvard/MIT by bike, bus, subway or combination. Starting end August 2025, greatly increased MBTA service including Sundays!

Share main house kitchen and other amenities including a 3-season porch with a hot tub (used year-round), a large library, both a casual family room and a formal LR/DR with piano, a full basement which includes a 2nd family room & office area (perfect for those who wish to work occasionally from home outside of their private space) and an exercise/workout/play space.
