Flexible One yr rental of Loft/Condo while we are traveling abroad - Furnished

My husband and I are planning to live abroad for a year. During that time, we are
planning to rent out our ~1500 square foot loft-style condo in Somerville, MA
starting about April/May 2026 (dates are flexible).

Ideally, we would like to keep our... furniture in the unit and offer the unit furnished.

Our condo is one of approximately 150 live/work residences in the Brickbottom
Artists Building in Somerville, MA with amenities that include on-site
management, an art gallery and shared courtyard. Comprising three buildings surrounding an award-winning courtyard garden, and featuring a gallery open to the public, the complex is one of the earliest and largest artist communities in the United States.
The unit comes with indoor garage parking for 1 and possibly 2 cars and is less than 1/2 mile from the East
Somerville green line T stop and within walk/bike distance of MGH, Kendall Sq, Harvard, and MIT
