Hi everyone! We’re looking for someone to sublet our 2 bed / 1 bath apartment in Somerville (29 Garrison Ave), starting as soon as possible.
The apartment is ~950 sq ft, has great natural light, access to a backyard and a newly renovated deck, and is... in a quiet residential area with easy access to Davis Square, buses, and the Red Line. There’s plenty of street parking, and it’s a 5-minute walk to Stop & Shop and Yego Coffee.
You’ll have your own dedicated washer and dryer in the basement (free — no quarters!), plus ample additional storage space. We’re also open to leaving as much of our existing furniture as you’d like, if helpful.
Sublet timing: ASAP through June (end of our lease), with some flexibility on start date
Rent: $2,550/month (utilities not included; reflects current lease)
