East Cambridge Apartment (Looking for 1 roommate- 2 Bedroom, 2 Office Apt)

Looking for 1 roommate to cover half the lease. Your part: $1225/mo + Utils which are split down the middle; Currently I cover Utilities, roommate covers internet - then we settle the difference.

The Trade off:

*... Each person gets 1 bedroom and 1 office/second room for themselves! (Good luck finding something like that for this price range)
* kitchen/living room well established, and cozy porch.
* Central A/C and Heating, this helps temp control - I personally enjoy a bit cooler in the winter.
* Gas Oven and Stove; great for cooking.

(What is Eh about this place)
* shared [Small] bathroom
* no in-house laundry, but there is a Laundromat a block away. I have used it for 8 years without issue.

Looking for a chill, clean, and respectful roommate. Someone who enjoys having a cozy space to come home to. No parties or loud music, its a smallish apartment. Be respectful and open to communication and that will make life at home easy. (Small gatherings are totally cool, as long as we both communicate them beforehand.)
