The apartment is a fully furnished one bedroom apartment with: 1) one bedroom (195 sq. ft.) with a bed, dresser, bookcase, and a closet; 2) one living room (180 sq. ft.) with a couch, coffee table, a chair, a small dining table with two kitchen... chairs; 3) and a fully equipped kitchen (40 sq. ft.) (gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, etc.); 4) a bathroom (35 sq. ft.) with a shower, sink and toilet. There are wood floors in all room except the bathroom that has a slate floor. The total size for the apartment is about 450 square feet. There's a minisplit for AC in the summer and there are radiators for heating in the winter. A washer and dryer are available in the basement of the building to use for no additional cost. The cost for heat, water, electricity and Wi-Fi are included in the rent, so there are no additional costs to the rent. We take great pride in taking care of the apartment and keeping it clean.The apartment is on the first floor of the house with the living room facing the street and the bedroom in the back of the house. The windows in the living room are facing south so it gets plenty of light. The house where the apartment is located (115 River Street in Cambridge) has four apartments including the apartment mentioned. We own and live in the house. The area is very safe and there are plenty of food stores, restaurants, etc. within a few minutes’ walk. Also, the Red Line (subway) station Central is only a few minutes walk from the house.If you’re interested in renting the apartment, we will send you a contract for you to review and if you want to rent it, ask for a $500 deposit to be paid through a personal check or through Paypal.
