Bedroom for Rent Near Union Sq in 3BR 2BA

About the Place & Neighborhood:
Our apartment is located on the second and third floors of the building, and the available room is on the third floor. The third floor includes another bedroom and bathroom, which you would share with one roommate....
The apartment has a living room and a kitchen, which includes an eat-in island, dishwasher, new stove, and garbage disposal. Coin-op L/D in basement. No smoking, no pets.

The neighborhood is quiet and residential and is about a 7-minute walk to the local grocery store, and a 10-minute walk to Bow Market and Union Square. We are a 10-min walk to the 85 bus line which goes to the Kendall/MIT area. We are also a 10-minute walk from Gilman Square (Green Line), 15-minute walk from Union Square (Green Line), and 20-minute walk from Porter Square (Red Line). This would be a great place for someone who works/studies in the Kendall/MIT area or along the green line! On street parking is available with a city permit and there's never an issue finding a spot close by. The rent is $927/month and does not include utilities (wifi, gas, electric) which average about $100/month per person.

About Us:
We are two female professionals in our 30s/40s looking for a third female roommate for a room available in our 3 bed, 2 bath apartment.

Connie is 42 and works full time at MIT. She loves to travel (spent a lot of time living overseas and traveling through her 20s to mid 30s!) and loves live music (shows in Boston and several music festivals a year). She likes to bake/cook and got into playing PS4 during quarantine.

Madeline is 34 and works as a pharmacy technician in Charlestown. She works Mon-Fri from 8-4:30. She is quiet and keeps mostly to herself but is very open to chatting/hanging out once in a while. Her hobbies are video games, reading, trying new restaurants, and exploring the Boston area.

About You:
We are looking for a female who is at least in their 30s, who is clean, quiet, and a non-smoker. Must be respectful (especially in regard to people of different backgrounds, ethnicities, ages, abilities, sexual orientations), honest, and able to communicate well. House guests are welcome; however, we are not loud partyers and like to maintain a peaceful and chill, yet cheery environment.

There is a security deposit of $950 and first month's rent due of $927. The landlord will want an application and a credit check done too before moving forward. Message us with a little about yourself if you think it’s a good fit, and we can set up an interview!
