Beautiful Sunny Light Filled Spacious 2 Bedroom with Decks

If you're tired of sharing space in 3&4 bedrooms or are a couple, this unit is perfect for you - only 2 bedrooms with an office and two decks. Under market in the best location in Cambridge and actually as beautiful as the pictures. The place is... sunny and light filled with front and back decks (sunrise & sunset facing) with a big open green space behind. Very peaceful. Great neighborhood. Pharmacy and fabulous artisan bakery at the corner. 5 minute walk to Whole Foods. 10 minute walk to the T red line at Harvard Square. Bus routes at either end of the block.
I’m looking for two people, to sublet to for January 1st until May 31st - may be opportunity to extend or take over the lease. The back bedroom is 10x13’ and the front is 10x11'. Additionally, the apartment offers shared bathroom, large kitchen and pantry and living room. I currently use the front office but that would be available while I’m away. Small dog okay – NO cats. No smoking inside the apartment. Apartment is fully furnished with quality items - hence references. I want someone who will treat this place like their own. Rent is 3150 (Total) plus Utilities which include high speed WiFi ($70/mo), gas and electric. G&E runs between $100-350/mo depending on usage and season. Apartment is completely stocked with everything you need to cook including espresso machine, dishwasher and laundry in the basement.
I’ve loved living here the past three years. I began my career in fashion design, MIT grad, currently working for a tech company as a consultant. If you are quiet considerate and like to take good care of the place you’re in, this could be a good fit.
