Beach House by Revere Beach Blue Line Station

Room available in a spacious two-story single-family home, a 10-minute walk from Revere Beach. You'd be sharing the home with me, your landlord and roommate. I'm a doctoral student in MIT's Biological Engineering program, so the house runs quiet,... clean, and respectful of focused work.
The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms total. Your room and a full bathroom are on the second floor, where the rest of the bedrooms are. The room comes partially furnished with a bed, so move-in is simple.
The location works well if you commute into Cambridge or Boston: a 6-minute walk to the MBTA, about 30 minutes to MIT by train. Free parking is available.
