Aug 15th - Cute One-Bedroom in Large Split-Floor Home (9 Seckel St. APT 1)

Available Aug 15th! Furnished 1 bedroom in a shared 4 bed//2 bath house.

There is a shared kitchen area upstairs with a stove, microwave, fridge, and sink, but there is also a kitchenette downstairs so the 2 bedrooms downstairs rarely use the... kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms: one upstairs and one downstairs, so the room shares the bathroom with only one other (male) tenant. Housemates are two males and a couple (all in their 20s).

There is also in-unit laundry downstairs (free of charge) and central AC/heat. Shared backyard with a grill, safe bike parking, and plenty of space to sit outdoors. Street parking with permit or free parking on York St. (minus street cleaning days) for Cambridge residents without a parking permit (one of the only places I've found you can actually park around here!).

Great spot, close to Inman Sq., 12 minute walk to MIT and the T, short walk to Whole Foods and <20 minute walk to Central Sq (Target, etc.). Listing as I am moving out a few weeks early. Landlord is very nice and responsive. Requires only a $500 security deposit!
