Amazing room in a great house very close to MIT!

I am Manu (27, he/him), a theoretical physics PhD student at MIT. I have been living in a great 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the 6th Street, Cambridge near the Star Market close to Kendall since September 2022. Two of our roommates are moving... out, so we are looking for 2 new ones. The other housemate staying is Lucy Li, who is a grad student in the media lab at MIT.

The apartment has everything essential that you could ask for (from my prior experience of room searching). There is free in house laundry, a very spacious kitchen with 2 refrigerators and a dishwasher. A TV room with a big sofa in the basement which can be used to accommodate guests, lots of storage space etc. The landlady is a lovely person, super nice and friendly (she sends us chocolates on holidays!). The 2 rooms that are being vacated are very spacious and furnished. The rent will be around $1186/month per room (which I feel is a steal for the location) + utilities that average to $35-40 a month. One more perk of the house is that we literally have a police station a block away, so no issues of being a shady/dangerous neighborhood. There is also a parking space for one vehicle (to be coordinated with the landlady).
