2 Open Bedrooms in 3-Bed 1-Bath Apartment near Davis Square

Hi everyone 🙂

Both of my current roommates are moving out, and I need to find replacements for year-long lease starting in September. I need to fill their spots by June in order to keep the place. (If you view the attached pictures, you'll see why... I really want to keep the place!)

TL;DR:
• 2 open bedrooms in a very large and spacious 3 bed 1 bath near Davis Square.
• 12-month lease starting in September.
• Rent is $1300 per person.
• No brokerage fee!
• 20 min commute to MIT.
• A lot more space for a lot less money!
• Landlords are a very sweet elderly couple (rather than a real estate corp) that haven't raised rent in the 3 years I've lived here.
