Our three-story apartment has 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths plus a half-bath, a living room, a renovated kitchen, and a small pantry; also free laundry and a backup fridge in the basement. Our (shared) 0.05-acre backyard has space for lawn games and gardening.
Location: Lawrence St, off Pearl. 8 minutes to the Central T station; 2 to a BU/Longwood bus stop; 12 to MIT's west campus.
This street has ample free parking if you've got a resident permit.
Long-term sublease, 9 to 12 months (renewable). Upfront requirements: first + last. There's also a flat $100 monthly fee for utilities and internet. No other fees or deposits.
