The apartment is ideally located near MIT, the Red Line, and MIT Medical. The building includes a laundry room, fitness center, and a large skyroom with views of Boston and the Charles. Our current roommate will complete his master's at the end of... May, and the room will be available starting June 1. We are a Swiss couple pursuing PhDs in MechE and BE at MIT, looking for a calm, friendly and tidy roommate. The rent is $1792 per month from June through August and $1,613 per month starting in September. Utilities (including Wi-Fi) typically run around $50-60 per month, depending on the season. The shared spaces are already furnished, and the bedroom furniture (bed, desk, and shelves) is available for purchase from our outgoing roommate.
