- access to full kitchen when owner is away (she travels a few months a year)

The house is set back from the road in a lush garden and very private setting. The house is walkable to Inman Square (1/2 block away), Central Square (1/2 mile), Harvard Square (1 mile), Kendall Square. It has easy access to Red line T and bus to Green Line T.

Rent is $900 month and includes utilities. The price is based on agreement that when owner is out of town, the renter will keep an eye on the house and water plants.
