Spacious and comfortable private suite available starting July (possibility of earlier move-in). The room is located in a half-basement, but has large windows and an... additional private room for extra space, and an ensuite bathroom. You will be the only one on this floor, perfect for someone seeking a quiet, private living space in a shared home.
- Location: Excellent location near Lamplighter on Broadway, just a 10-minute walk to Central Square. Close to MIT, Harvard, cafes, and transit.
- Rent: $1450/month + utilities (typically ~$150/person)
- Lease Term: Minimum 1 month, but ideally looking for someone long-term (through at least August, ideally 6–12 months).

The house is spread over three floors, and you'll be sharing it with two other roommates (early 30s). We're a tidy and friendly bunch who enjoy the occasional get-together and dinner.
